By registering for ProActiveMailer you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
Unless you received prior permission from ProActiveMailer, you may only register for one ProActiveMailer account.


You may not promote ProActiveMailer in a way that could be considered spamming.
You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges
or advertising programs that allow it.
Promoting ProActiveMailer in a way that could be considered spamming will result in
removal of your ProActiveMailer account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using ProActiveMailer.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL
and any content it contains.

ProActiveMailer is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement,
copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules
Before submitting a URL to ProActiveMailer, please read these rules very carefully
and make sure your URL does not violate any of them.
If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them.
Your ProActiveMailer account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.
*No frame-breaking sites.
*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
*No adult content.
*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.
*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.
*No PTP sites.
*ProActiveMailer has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

Refund Policy

Due to the affiliate nature of the business, any refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis

EMAILS

By joining ProActiveMailer, YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE MEMBER REFERRAL EMAILS AND SOLO ADS.
FROM admin or mailings@proactivemailer.com .
Please add these email addresses to your address book and mark all emails from proactivemailer.com as NOT SPAM.
This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates,
commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues,
ProActiveMailer promotions or anything that ProActiveMailer needs to relay to all members.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed - Please use Gmail Only On Sign Up

If your email address bounces or sends back ProActiveMailer a message with an autoresponder,
you risk having your account deleted.
All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.

Liability
ProActiveMailer is an information marketing tool used to help it's members on the Internet.
ProActiveMailer does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money
that can be made from ProActiveMailer.
It is your responsibility to make sure your payment email address is correct.
Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility.
We are NOT a Bank. If you fail to enter your payment address,
any commissions owed after 30 days will automatically be converted to advertising credits at a rate of 10 credits per 1 cent.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of ProActiveMailer.
We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time.
All members agree that they will not hold ProActiveMailer liable for any items or policies.

SPAM
PAM has a zero tolerance for spam.
Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines.
If you are to include ProActiveMailer's name or URL in any email promotion,
please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers or advertise it on safelists,
traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.

However, the following are grounds for termination of your account:
To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list.
If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for ProActiveMailer in emails.
To falsify user information provided to ProActiveMailer or to other users of the service
in connection with ProActiveMailer, or any of it's other sites.
To use the ProActiveMailer name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.
